“…we seek beyond history
for a new and more possible meeting.”

- Audre Lorde, Black Lesbian Mother Warrior Poet

At its center, my work is about using an artist’s mindset. Any creative knows the words, “one more time” might mean 100 more times. Many close to me joke that I don’t know failure, and that’s because, to me, failure is part of the iterative process that brings success.

Artists are also in the practice of collective work.
My part in that collective work is to connect visionaries to abundance and ease as we cultivate a future of belonging.

What’s the intent of this practice?

The intent of this practice is to use our collective imagination to create a structurally care-centered world. It is Kristianna’s belief that through arts infused programming we can break systems of oppression, nurture radical relationships, and develop collaborative behaviors that allow each of us to move freely within our wholeness.

What’s the strategy?

Kristianna Smith…

  • Works from an abolitionist lens. Asking, “How do more people get access to more pleasure?”

  • Broadens access to spaces of power and decision making through arts infused facilitation.

  • Invites partners and participants to unlearn systems of oppression alongside one another (and me!).

  • Embraces emergent facilitation. Asking, “What is the conversation those in this room need to have?”

Who is this for?

Kristianna works with communities, companies, organizations, collectives, and individuals who can answer “yes” to the following…

  • Are you interested in practicing your values?

  • Are you open to the imaginative force of those you’re in relationship with?

  • Are you interested in being held in radical and loving accountability?

Why work with Kristianna?

Kristianna is fertilizer.
Not the water.
Not the plant.
The extra minerals needed to begin and sustain a progression towards something better.
A community with deep roots, healthy soil, not just surviving its environment,
But thriving in it.
